Boat noise

The night was quiet after the A30s crossed Blackfish Sound toward Queen Charlotte Strait. Very foggy again this morning.

No calls but orcas nearby

So far there have not been any visual sightings ,although, calls were heard, in the fog, in Queen Charlotte Strait. Blackney andJohnstone Strait are both clear now.

No orcas present.

The A30s did a surprise move today by heading into Fife Sound and on to Tribune Channel (part of the knight Inlet system). They dod not go this route very often but it was a lovely day and maybe the inlets seemed like a good choice!
